Attachedsingle family reported an increase of 18% in active units from February toMarch bringing the count to 1,126. Both markets together represent 4,567 unitsfor sale.

? Average sold price set new records in DSF $467,793 and also in ASF at$313,846.

? 5,281 homes were placed under contract. A balanced market with a 6 monthsupply of inventory would require 31,686 active units.

? Average days on market drop significantly at this point every year, 30 DOM forDSF and 22 for ASF.

? 54.0% of DSF and 67% of ASF homes were under contract in 7 days or less,which caused 60.2% of homes to sell for at or over their asking price.
